Second Edition! As mothers, we often find ourselves lost in the whirlwind of parenting, rushing from one task to another, constantly juggling a myriad of responsibilities. The demands of motherhood can easily pull us in many directions, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected from the present moment. However, in the chaos of motherhood, there lies a powerful tool that can help us stay grounded, find joy, and savor the precious moments of motherhood – mindfulness.

This means that we must put our phones down which is the trap of 'multitasking.'
